Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

A: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.



Q: Are all of your items brand new?

A: Most of our pieces are vintage and pre-loved before being upcycled into something new. While some may be in mint condition, most have natural wear and character—this is part of their charm!



Q: What kind of flaws should I expect?

A: Minor imperfections like scratches, fading, or discoloration may be present due to the vintage nature of our materials. These flaws are what make each piece one-of-a-kind!



Q: How durable are the keychains?

A: Please treat your keychains with care—some designs can be delicate due to their unique parts or materials. They’re made to be fun and decorative, not heavy-duty.



Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

A: Once your package is in the hands of the postal service, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking which will be provided via email once your package has shipped.



Q: Why are your items priced the way they are?

A: Prices reflect not just the time and love that go into each piece, but also the cost of materials—including the often high price of sourcing quality vintage items.



Q: My item came with an accessory—what should I know?

A: Some products include fun extras like mini weapons, lightsabers, or stands. If they’re not attached with proper keychain hardware, they may fall off during use. These pieces are not meant for action figure play while on the go—just a fun bonus! You’re welcome to attach them on yourself using adhesive such as super glue, if you’d like, but that’s at your own risk.
